Hi, I am Cooper Seligson, a junior studying Information Science and minoring in business and economics. I am the Legislative coordinator for Wolverine for Israel and am excited to be hosting Representative Tim Walberg later month from Michigan’s 7th Congressional district. A strong American-Israel alliance is vital to the security of the Middle East and to global prosperity which I am proud to support and strengthen here at UofM.

Come join Wolverine For Israel this Thursday, March 14 in welcoming State Senator Jeremy Moss (D-11) to the University of Michigan! Moss, who represents Oakland County, has worked to fight anti-Semitism and BDS since his term began. Moss attended Jewish day school as a child and is currently on the board of his synagogue, Congregation Beth Ahm. Moss will discuss political activism, his journey to where he is today, the anti-BDS bill he helped pass through the Michigan congress and why the Michigan/US-Israel relationship is so important. The event will be Q&A style so come prepared with questions! Pizza (kosher) and drinks will be provided. We hope to see you all there! Location: Michigan Hillel, Upper Lecture Hall. Time: 7-8 p.m
