President Santa Ono intentionally failed to make any mention of Palestinian lives or students in his recent wide spread email titled "U-M Statement Regarding MidEast Violence." His statement demonstrated that the wellbeing and lives of Palestinians mean absolutely nothing to him.

UMich YDSA’s Political Education group is back, kicking the year off with a new series: Socialism 101! These events will focus on learning about and discussing various topics related to socialism including marxist political economy, identities beyond class, and more! The first of these events will be next week on Tuesday, Sept 12th from 6:30-8 in EQ B804. We'll be discussing what socialism is, what capitalism is, and what DSA's role in the movement is.
