National Friends of Libraries Week promotes groups who support libraries across the country.

Friends groups help support our libraries in many ways. They raise money for library needs that are not covered by County and City budgets. They also help keep the public informed through displays, engage youth and teens, and so much more.

This week celebrates the contributions of friends groups in our county and across the nation. Their dedication to our local libraries leaves a lasting and positive impact on their libraries and communities.
