Mike Maloney was born in Ohio but spent many years of his life living in New Mexico. He married his high school sweetheart, Melissa, 27 years ago. They are the proud parents of two children and one fur baby. Mike and his family frequently vacationed in this magnificent city and fell in love with its charm and captivating beauty; consequently, two years ago, they made Angel Fire their permanent home. Mike has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and is a licensed General Contractor. As a local business owner of Maloney Construction, LLC, he is dedicated to serving the community with the knowledge and skills he has acquired in his 20+ years of experience in the business management and construction industry.
Since moving to Angel Fire, Mike has been committed to the betterment of this community. In addition to donating his time and resources to local businesses and projects, he recently began serving as a member of the AAFPO Environmental and Architectural Control Committee (AFECC).
As a member of Angel Fire City Council, Mike would be honored to work toward resolving issues within our village, including but not limited to, budget management and road maintenance. He is eager to connect with local residents, business owners, and the leaders of this community and continue the mission of preserving the charm of our lovely city while making positive changes that are needed to keep Angel Fire a place where people enjoy living and visiting.
