FIELD TRIP FRIDAY Adventure #2!

What a busy and fun-filled Friday!

Our second adventure of the day was our Summer Scoop Passport Program - your passport to exploring local ice cream shops all summer long.

We're excited to report that passport stamps have been collected Shady Glen Ice Cream Shop!

The momentum is growing, and there's no better way to cool down than with a scoop (or two!) of your favorite flavor. Think ice cream sundaes, chocolate syrup, colorful sprinkles, and of course, a cherry on top! 🍒

Haven't joined the fun yet? Stop by the Director's Office to pick up your passport and start your sweet summer adventure. Gather stamps, visit local favorites, and enjoy every delicious stop along the way!

💜FRIDAYS are for Adventures!

Yesterday, our ACSC group enjoyed a wonderful outing to Lavender Ridge Farm. Surrounded by the calming scent and beauty of blooming lavender, participants gathered fresh cuttings, savored delicious cookies and tea, and soaked in the peaceful atmosphere of the farm.

But don’t just take our word for it!
One of our seniors shared this:

"Tess! We all loved it! They offer classes - we need to have them come for lunch and give a presentation! 🥰"

And we couldn’t agree more!
So stay tuned for an upcoming announcement - we’re hoping to bring a little bit of Lavender Ridge Farm right here to the Community and Senior Center. 💜
