In Greek, Eleos is the personification of grace and mercy. It is with this in mind that the Eleos Center was developed.

Offering a place for the homeless to shower, launder their clothing, meet with service providers to plan their second chance.

Twenty-five years ago, the world changed, and the courage, resilience, and unity that followed reminded us of what we are capable of in our darkest moments.

On Patriot Day, we pause to honor the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and to pay tribute to the first responders, volunteers, and everyday individuals who showed extraordinary strength when it mattered most.

We remember. We honor. We will never forget.

September is Hunger Action Month, and hunger is something we think about every single day.

Our Community Dining Room serves hot meals daily to anyone in Anderson and Madison County who needs one. No requirements, no barriers. Just a warm plate and a welcoming space for every neighbor who walks through our doors.

School's out, but hunger doesn't take a summer break.

Every day this summer, The Christian Center's Community Dining Room is serving meals to kids and families who need them right here in Anderson. It's something we've shown up for year after year, because no child should go without a meal just because school is out of session.
