Wow... it's hard to believe that it's been over 2.5 years since Richland Township and Chesterfield/Union Township joined forces to create East Madison Fire Territory. We've kept this page, but if you're not following us on the Territory's page, go to East Madison Fire Territory and follow us there! That's where all of our current info gets posted and is the best way for us to keep you up-to-date! (Photo from a training day earlier this year...)

It's Chili Supper time!! Tomorrow, Saturday, November 18th, will host our annual free chili supper at Station 40, from 4-7:30 pm. We'll have our traditional Station 40 chili, as well as venison chili, with all the toppings, plus desserts and drinks.

New this year, we're having a staff chili cookoff and you get to vote for your favorite chili! You'll get a ticket when you arrive and you can use that to vote for your favorite after sampling the options.

Also, East Madison Firefighters Local 5402 and EMFT are hosting a food drive to make Thanksgiving a little brighter for some EMFT-area families in need. You can drop off non-perishable food items at either station, but the chili supper is a great time for you to show your support as well as getting an excellent dinner and having a chance to hang out with our crews!

We'll see you tomorrow! 4-7:30 at Station 40, 405 E. CR 500N!
