In Valdez, a new property development demonstrates the power of partnerships to deliver housing that meets the needs of the local workforce.

Blueberry Terrace features 20 new units of affordable housing thoughtfully designed to enhance resident privacy and integrate seamlessly into the neighborhood.

Spearheaded by the Alaska Corporation for Affordable Housing, a subsidiary of AHFC, the project was a collaboration between ACAH, the City of Valdez and investors.
