Royal Family KIDS Anchorage is a summer camp for children in Foster Care, staffed by 100+ volunteers in the faith community. We make moments matter for children who've experienced abuse and neglect in Alaska. Together, we can change their lives, and yours, for the better!

Thank you to everyone who joined us on Saturday to generously support children in Alaska's foster care system! We raised more than half of what we need for this years camp—praise God!

During the event, we heard from past volunteers, two long-time foster parents, our partners in the Office of Children's Services, and the pastor of our host church.

These modern day "shepherds" shared how they provide for, protect, and love the most vulnerable children in our state. They also shared first hand experience of how RFK has impacted the lives of campers we serve. We are so grateful for their partnership and all the work they do year-round!

Every dollar donated tonight will go directly to putting on an awesome summer camp experience where each of our campers is treated like royalty. We can't wait!

Thank you to everyone who came to the event, hosted a table, donated, made desserts, and served at the event. We can't do anything without our community!

Start your new year the best way by committing to serve children in foster care July 11-17, 2026 ➡️ Submit your volunteer application beginning at midnight tonight!

Pictured here is one of our awesome Activity Center staff. Our AC is full of fun activities, crafts, games, archery, woodworking, and many other ways for children to explore what interests them. Our staff work all week to keep the AC organized and to play with our campers. Outside of AC time, they help make other parts of camp run smoothly!
