American Legion National Judge Advocate Kevin Bartlett discusses the history of the GI Bill, and continuing work to improve it, with a young veteran at the Student Veterans of America National Convention Friday in Orlando, Fla. The veteran, Eliseo Jimenez from Georgia State University, became a member of The American Legion after the GI Bill exhibit appeared at the 10th SVA National Convention last year in San Antonio.
