Alaska Junior Theater Alaska Junior Theater is a private, nonprofit organization presenting high-quality, professional theatre performances to Alaska’s youth and family audiences, reaching out to students, families and communities who may otherwise not be able to experience the performing arts.

Alaska Junior Theater is a private, nonprofit organization that has been bringing the best in professional theater from around the world to Alaska's young audiences since 1981. Each year, more than 30,000 students attend a variety of live performances, which share the common educational goal of "bringing learning to life." For many students, AJT’s school-time presentations are their only exposure to the performing arts.

🛍️ Treasure hunters, bargain shoppers and AJT supporters—our Annual Benefit Garage Sale is THIS MONTH!

Join Alaska Junior Theater on June 27th & 28th for one of our biggest fundraisers of the year. Shop a wide variety of gently used treasures while supporting AJT's mission of bringing professional live theater from around the world to children and families throughout Alaska.

We're also still accepting donations! If you're cleaning out closets, garages or storage spaces, consider donating your gently used items to help support the arts.

Join us June 27th & 28th for an incredible weekend of bargains, hidden treasures and community fun — all supporting admission scholarships for low income children in Alaska!

Help support children's access to the arts in Alaska by donating clothing, books, toys, décor, household items and more. Your donations directly support Alaska Junior Theater and admission scholarships for low income children.
