Public Notice: The Division of Mining, Land and Water's Southcentral Regional Land office is lifting the moratorium on shore fishery lease applications in Nushagak Bay, in Bristol Bay, in the area of Clark’s Point, Clark’s Slough, and Combine Flats.

In 2022, DMLW's Shore Fishery Leasing Program enacted the moratoriam to suspend new applications and determine if there was adequate spacing for current and additional leases. There is no longer a benefit in imposing the moratorium, the lifting of which will not affect legal fishing activities in the area.
