Last week, the Minuteman Battalion conducted our Record Army Fitness Test for the Spring 2026 semester! After months of hard work and preparation, our cadets were able to put their fitness to the test during our AFT on a cool spring morning.

Congratulations to Cadet Loose and Cadet Lohmann for earning perfect scores of 500! Another huge congratulations to CDT Everson for earning the highest score among all female cadets with a 498! Awesome job to them, as well as everyone else!

This past Friday, the Minuteman Battalion celebrated our cadets through our annual Awards Ceremony and also hosted our Dining Out! Congratulations to all the cadets for their hard work throughout the academic year, and thank you to all associations that presented awards to our cadets. Special shoutout to CDTs Ford and Evans for conducting the first ever rifle inspection seen during a changing of the guard ceremony! Well done everyone!

This past weekend, our cadets completed the Combined Field Training Exercise of the semester! With the weather on our side this year, our cadets successfully completed Land Navigation with the highest collective score across all schools! The MS3s got great leadership repetitions at STX lanes before they ship off to CST, and exceeded expectations! Great job everyone!!

And finally we have CDT Arya "AJ" Jalundhwala!

Hometown: West New York, NJ

Branch: Air Defense Artillery, Active Duty

Fun fact: I do landscape/architecture photography and speak 4 languages

Most excited about: Leading and mentoring soldiers, traveling the world and working with units across the globe

Advice to younger cadets: Give a 110% everyday. College life goes by fast, so make the most of it. Build lifelong friendships, be smart about finances and don't be afraid to try new things. Work hard, exercise, and party hard!
