One of our NCO’s currently serving overseas is doing great things!

"149th Medical Detachment (Veterinarian Services) - Staff Sgt. Reeves makes final adjustments to military working dog (MWD) Vito prior to a Computerized Tomography (CT) evaluation.

MWD assets are critical to the CENTCOM mission and providing superior medical care for the MWDs is central to 149th MDVSS’ role in theater.

By utilizing all available medical equipment and diagnostics treatment decisions can be made more rapidly, resulting in more favorable long‐term outcomes. Cooperation between the Role III Radiology team and the Veterinary team resulted in a rapid diagnosis and clear course of action for MWD Vito."

949th MDVS sent two Soldiers to the 172nd MMB Best Warrior Competition. SGT Olthoff and SPC Muldoon. They did not win however gave everything they had, blood, sweat, and tears against a competitive field of other candidates. We could not be more proud of them. Great job SGT Olthoff and SPC Muldoon
