We are thrilled to officially announce the launch of our redesigned City website: 💻 www.amerywi.gov

Amery isn't just any city; we are the "City of Lakes." When we set out to refresh our online presence, we wanted a site that didn’t just work better, but one that truly felt like home.

What’s new?
✅ Enhanced Usability: We’ve streamlined navigation with intuitive buttons and "Quick Links" to get you where you need to go, faster.
✅ Interactive Calendar: Staying involved in the community is now easier than ever with our redesigned, user-friendly events calendar.
✅ Customer Request Management: A new system to help us serve you better and track requests efficiently.
✅ A "Lakeside" Digital Experience: We’ve added fun design touches that celebrate our water recreation identity. Keep an eye out for buttons that turn into fishing bobbers and links that feature a fish and hook when you hover over them! 🎣

Our goal was to create a space that is cleaner, more functional, and a lot more fun! Whether you’re a lifelong resident or a first-time visitor, we invite you to dive in and explore the new site.

A huge thank you to the team that worked to bring this vision to life. Check it out today and let us know what you think!

A place where innovation thrives, businesses grow, and families create lasting memories. Come experience the charm and opportunity of Amery!

The City of Amery Public Works Department is currently flushing fire hydrants and will continue until complete.

Hydrant flushing is necessary to make sure adequate flow and pressure is available. Flushing is also done to remove sediment from the pipes to maintain clarity and quality in the distribution pipes.

Some discoloration of the water may occur during this process. We advise running the cold water tap for a few minutes until the water runs clear. If it doesn't clear the first time, wait a few minutes, and run the water again. You should avoid washing clothes until the water clears.
