The countdown is on for the Texas Route 66 Festival! 🎉🚗

This isn't just a one-day event. It's 10 days of celebrations across Texas Route 66, featuring concerts, rodeos, cruises, bus tours, cultural events, classic cars, family activities, and plenty of opportunities to experience the Mother Road.

Then it all leads to the Texas Route 66 Festival Finale presented by Amarillo National Bank on June 13 in Amarillo's Route 66 Historic District.

Come for the live music, food trucks, vendors, classic cars, interactive exhibits, and Route 66 nostalgia.

🚴‍♂️ Friendly Reminder to All Our Visitors, we are hosting 24 Hours in the Canyon THIS weekend!

For those not participating in the event, the park will be closed starting at Old West Stables from Saturday @ 8am - Sunday @ 2 pm. Trust us — unless you’re ready for bike madness, you probably don’t want to get caught in the middle of it anyway! 😄

The following areas will remain open:
• CCC Trail
• Visitor Center
• Overlook
• Trading Post

For those participating in the race, please know our staff and volunteers are working hard to get everyone through the gates and help however we can. Arriving early and expecting some wait time at the gate will go a long way toward keeping things smooth and stress-free for everyone.

🚨 IMPORTANT: Please make sure your 24 Hours in the Canyon event car tag is clearly visible when entering the park. No vehicles without an event tag will be allowed past Old West Stables.
