Though our cherished Day of Caring danced to a different tune this year, the dedication and spirit remained as vibrant as ever. ✔ Community Resource Specialist – Database Curator (CRS-DC)

She has also completed both Inform USA micro-certifications:
✔ Designation in Supervision
✔ Designation in Coaching

Inform USA is the national organization that establishes professional standards for community navigation, information and referral, and resource management professionals across North America.

Out of an estimated membership base of approximately 10,000 professionals and organizations, Janell is one of only TWO individuals nationwide to hold all three core certifications and both micro-certifications.

In addition, Janell has been recognized as a member of Inform USA's newly established "Triple Crown Certified" group, a distinction awarded to professionals who have achieved all three core certifications.

Janell's commitment to professional excellence strengthens not only 2-1-1 Texas Panhandle but also the quality of service provided to individuals and families throughout our region every day.
