We celebrated August birthdays today at Lakeview Village - Happy birthday to Sharon, Jim, Kelsie, and Willow. And a thank you to Ron Burgess for the music!

Celebrating August birthdays with a delicious pistachio cake made by our professional baker and artist, Rodger. We also celebrated with beautiful music from the Iowa Accordion Players Club. Celebrating birthdays with us today, Donna, Mary, Bonnie, and Lee Roy. A special shout out to our kitchen staff member Talia who created a delicious apple strudel with phyllo pastry. Thanks for extra treat. The residents enjoyed it! She also celebrated her birthday this month.

 🎉great Saturday for card bingo and music! We had some young singers and older singers and joyful singers today and everybody was in for card bingo today. We almost had to push the east wall out to make more room for the card players today.

A big shout out to our amazing grounds keeper, Mike! Many compliments today from families and residents while outside  listening to some beautiful music by Harold .. compliments on his roses and the grounds and all that he does.

We are celebrating State Fair week here at Lakeview , so we enjoyed funnel cakes today! Yesterday we had fun with some fair games - lucky ducks and tin can alley!
