*S*X OFFENSE* Steven Garcia was convicted on 07-12-2017 of “Rape by Instrumentation” in Frederick, Tillman County, Oklahoma. *VIOLENT OFFENSE* Steven Garcia was convicted on 01-04-2008 of “Assault with a Deadly Weapon” in Frederick, Tillman County, Oklahoma. Steven Garcia is described as a Hispanic male, 5 ft 5 in tall, weighing approximately 185 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He is known to have a goatee.
The Altus Police Department has been notified by the Oklahoma Department of Corrections that Steven Garcia is a S*xual Offender & a Violent Offender. As outlined in Oklahoma State Statute Title 57 O.S. § 1991, the Police Department of that jurisdiction is required by state statute to notify the citizens of the Offenders information. Steven Garcia is classified as a Level 3, Aggravated Offender & he is required to register as a S*x Offender every 90 days for the duration of his lifetime.
