Old Palestine Cemetery

Old Palestine Cemetery Local cemetery Rules and Regulations established for Old Palestine Cemetery must be followed accordingly.
1. Lots will be numbered.

All lots must have granite markers with initial placed at ground level within 60 days.
2. Each lot will consist of no more than four (4) plots per person. NO concrete curbs in cemetery or rocks on lots.
4. NO trees, shrubs, or flowers planted in the cemetery.
5. ALL old out of season flowers will be removed by the caretaker.
6. ALL graves will be ground level.
7. A $20 fee is required per grave s

pace to reserve a lot. Dues are $10 per grave spot per year. If dues are not paid, after two (2) years, lots will revert back to the cemetery to be reassigned.
8. Monuments nor any other decoration will exceed 24 inches in height from the base.

This is a friendly reminder to please pay your Annual Cemetery Dues.
💲 Dues: $10.00 per grave (occupied or reserved), per year
➡️ Dues for occupied graves are paid by family members, not the occupants.
➡️ The annual dues amount was updated by the Board of Directors in 2016.
