From energizing exercise classes like Chair Strength & Cardio, Tai Chi, and even a fun “Thriller” dance workshop, to eye-opening educational seminars on legal planning, reverse mortgages, long-term care, and protecting your assets in retirement—there’s something for every stage of the journey.

We’re also proud to host meaningful support groups for caregivers, grief support, and solo seniors, plus community safety sessions with the Seminole County Sheriff's Office.
