💡 Our Summer Internship Program is in full swing!

This summer, 22 talented interns are gaining hands-on experience across City departments while participating in weekly Lunch & Learn sessions with community leaders. These opportunities provide valuable insights into public service, leadership and professional growth.

This week, interns had the privilege of hearing from City Manager Frank Martz, who led an inspiring discussion on “Leading Today and in the Future.” He shared perspectives on the importance of adaptability, intentional leadership and preparing for the opportunities and challenges of tomorrow.

We were also pleased to welcome Professional Engineer trainees from Florida Department of Transportation, who joined the conversation and brought additional perspectives on leadership and career development.

By creating opportunities to learn, connect and grow, we’re investing in the next generation of leaders and strengthening the future of our workforce and community. 🌟
