Building Stronger Support Systems Through Collaboration 💙
Sue and Maggie recently hosted an educational in-service for the Blood and Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) team at Northside Hospital Atlanta.
It was a wonderful opportunity to connect with the nurses, physicians, and case managers who navigate complex patient journeys every day. Collaborations like these help strengthen the continuum of care and create better support systems for patients and families throughout our community.
We are grateful to the dedicated BMT team for the vital work they do and for partnering with us to help elevate patient care. Together, we can make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.

This month, we're proud to shine the spotlight on Autumn, our incredible Director of Operations!

Autumn has dedicated 9 years to the senior care industry, driven by a passion for serving others and making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and their families. Her journey into senior care began when she helped care for her great-grandmother, who lovingly called her "her little nurse"—a nickname that helped inspire a lifelong calling.

When she's not supporting clients, caregivers, and our team, Autumn enjoys helping others feel beautiful through makeup artistry and spending quality time with her family. She and her husband, Travis, cherish time with their loved ones, including her older sister, younger sister, and two younger brothers.

What does Autumn love most about working at Synergy? "I love being able to help others who are in need and make a positive difference in their lives. Our services offer peace of mind to families, and I truly love coming to work every day. I have the best boss in the world—she makes each day amazing!"
