We were honored to have trainers Cyndy and Sarah from Colorado with Dementia Together presenting to approximately 35 people who attended the workshop on Saturday. If you're a senior looking for help purchasing fresh, locally grown fruits and vegetables, the Senior Project FRESH Program may be available to you!
✅ Receive $25 in benefits to purchase eligible Michigan-grown produce at participating farmers markets and roadside stands.
Who qualifies?
• Adults 60 years and older who meet income guidelines
• Adults 55+ who are members of a federally recognized tribe in Michigan
📅 Program Dates: May 1, 2026 – October 31, 2026
🍎 Benefits can be used for eligible, unprocessed fruits and vegetables grown in Michigan.
