Fall is Here, Keep Storm Drains Clear!

Don't let fallen leaves become a hazard - keep leaves out of the street by raking and disposing of them properly.

Leaves left in the roadway can clog storm drains, increasing the risk of flooding during rainstorms. They can also wash into nearby rivers and streams, where excess nutrients contribute to harmful algae blooms. Plus, wet leaves on pavement create slippery conditions that can be dangerous for drivers, cyclists, and pedestrians.

Do your part to keep our streets, waterways, and community safe!
