The recipe for the Asparagus Lemon Zesty MagNoodles:

1 14 oz. box Penne MagNoodles (or you can use 10 oz. box of MagNoodles Shells/Pennette or an 8 oz box of MagNoodles Rotini) - all three sizes are available in the Cleveland market
1 lb fresh asparagus trimmed and cut into 1" pieces
1 large lemon zested and juiced
3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/3 cup olive oil

Salt & Freshly ground black pepper to taste

1. Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a boil. Stir in penne and return to a boil. Cook pasta uncovered, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes. Penne will still be slightly firm.

2. Stir asparagus into the pot with the boiling penne pasta and bring back to a boil; cook until pasta is tender and asparagus is softened but still bright green, about 3 more minutes. Drain pasta and asparagus.
3. Place penne and asparagus into a large bowl; lightly stir in lemon zest, lemon juice, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, salt, and black pepper until thoroughly combined.

Good morning Zumba and yoga stretching for the race! 7:30 to 8:45 Thanks to You Rock Fitness and The Workout Place. 9:00 a.m to 10:00 am Timed 5K Run or Walk, then following that with 10:00 a.m The Dailey Method with Joanna Amelio, Her grand opening is April 26th and 27th. 11:00 Drum class, by YOU ROCK Fitness, 12:00 Noon, yoga/meditation class to wind down from our fun day, by a surprise guest!
