Working beyond the courthouse 🏈

Spent a wonderful afternoon speaking to the Allentown A's football program earlier this month.

Allentown Athletics Youth Sports Association has served families in the area for decades. Positive third spaces for children like these are crucial to maintaining strong and safe communities.

Always happy to support fixtures in our community, and always a pleasure to see Magisterial District Judge McCants!

Photos from active shooting scenario training at Lehigh Valley Mall 🆘

This training included multiple scenarios for law enforcement from a variety of agencies to work together in small groups to rapidly neutralize the threat and provide cover for medical professionals and fire departments to attend to the injured.

Law enforcement agencies included the Pennsylvania State Police, Whitehall Township Police, Upper Macungie Township Police and Coplay Police. These officers trained jointly with the Lehigh County Rescue Task Force, which consists of local EMS and fire departments.
The Lehigh County Community Emergency Response Team, which consists of volunteers, also acted as role players during the training.

Pics from the DA's Annual Community Cookout at Bucky Boyle Park this past Sunday 🏞️

Over 250 people stopped by the park for good eats and shaved ice, as well as the resource fair made by the local organizations that keep our community running.

Thank you so much to all of our collaborators and Marley's Kitchen for grilling and cooking for this wonderful event.

Strong connections build stronger, safer communities.

WMFZ reports: Allentown on track for record-low homicides following sharp two-year decline

We want to share the positive news, but also acknowledge there is still work to be done. Credit to the Allentown Police Department for all the work that leads to these results.

🌟 Highlights of 2026 so far:

The Lehigh County DA's office hosts scam jams to inform the public, tables at community fairs to educate on available resources, and supports community-based events throughout the county in addition to the expected responsibilities of the prosecutor's office.
