United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley fights for the health, safety and education of every person. But, our region also faces challenges.

Together, we’re building a strong community -- where our kids thrive, our seniors are healthy in their own homes and everyone has access to nutritious food. Every day our community is growing and changing -- from the ambitious new development in downtown Allentown to Easton center square to the many thriving suburban and rural areas. United Way has assessed the needs and is devoted to rallying our community around these challenges and turning them into opportunities for everyone living, working and learning here. When one of us wins, we all win. We are committed to serving you and everyone in this community.

Leading the way into our 2026 campaign 🌎

At our annual staff picnic, we had plenty to celebrate—including an incredible show of generosity from our own team. This year, 100% of our staff participated in our internal campaign, raising $125,684—a 25% increase from last year.

Our team shows up every day for the Greater Lehigh Valley, and we’re incredibly proud to see that commitment reflected in the way they personally choose to give back, too. Thank you to our entire staff for leading by example. Now, let’s carry that momentum into the 2026 campaign!
