The Real Estate Lab is now accepting applications for their 7th cohort this fall! The mission of the RE Lab is to close the wealth gap for minority students through real estate entrepreneurship and help provide them with knowledge, networks, and access to capital to invest.

If you know someone who is new to real estate, a young professional, or simply interested in learning how to invest, please send them our way.

It’s a free 10-week program where we teach the fundamentals of real estate investing, financing, credit, analyzing deals, and ultimately preparing participants to purchase their own investment properties. I personally mentor the students for free and raise their credit scores and help them buy their first deals.

We’ve had some great results with the first six cohorts, and we’d love your help finding the next group of aspiring investors.
