Coming to a mailbox near you! The Friends of the Library fundraising letter should arrive soon. Thank you for your generosity which helps us provide many of the 'extras' which make Lee memorial Library so special and such an important part of our town. Additional letters are available at the Library or you can send your donation to the Friends of the Lee Memorial Library, 500 West Crescent Av, Allendale.

FREE MUSEUM PASSES -- AND BUTTERFLIES!
Lee Memorial Library's Miss Hillary writes:
We had our first taste of spring here about a week ago - I love the first glimmers of spring as winter winds down!
Soon we can start planting wildflowers for the honeybees and butterflies and I'm sure it won't be long before our library welcomes more caterpillars. I am so excited!
I was thinking about how much I would love to see some butterflies, and then I remembered that there is an amazing butterfly exhibit ***right now at the American Museum of Natural History!***
This exhibit features real butterflies in a simulated tropical setting that you can walk through - is this not the coolest thing you've ever heard?!
This is also a great reminder that we have some awesome museum passes for you to check out, not only for the AMNH, but also for the Storm King Art Center, the Museum of Modern Art, and the Manhattan Children's Museum: that's just to name a few - ***you can see the full list here:***
