Hi all!
I have been feeling really ill as of late and I fear that it is something COVID related, so elections will be postponed until next week, September 23rd. I appreciate your patience and hope that you are still considering running for a position.
Best,
Lauren Rademacher
Acting President of GVSU's College Democrats

As this week draws to an end, the protests for equality march on.

Thank you to all of those that have taken to the streets to have your voices heard.
Thank you to all of those that have called your public officials.
Thank you to everyone that has continued to fight against police brutality.
Your efforts are not in vain.

During this time, please continue to support Black owned businesses. Everything helps. Please take a look at the infographics to see other ways you can help the cause.

Hey y'all!
We hope that you had a great primary and voted, in person or absentee!
However, we know a lot of people have been concerned about the spread of the corona virus and as such, we will not be meeting tonight to stop any undue stress. Make sure to wash your hands, cover your cough, and all that good stuff. We hope you have an excellent (and healthy) week!

It's gonna be a great Wednesday! Tonight a national surrogate from Bernie Sanders' campaign will be coming in to talk to us about the campaign and her various other roles, including her emphasis on environmental justice and worker's rights. We hope to see you there-- this isn't something you'll want to miss.

Tonight we will be having a short e-board meeting in room HHLC 207A at 9 pm. These, of course, are open to the public, so feel free to drop on by. We look forward to seeing you!

It's gonna be a great Wednesday! Tonight will be awesome for a number of reasons (and not just because I get to see your wonderful faces). The March for our Lives/Students Demand Action lead, Jackson Schulte, will be coming in to talk to us about future opportunities with the chapter, as well as give some insight about the cause and organization. We also have another speaker coming in tell us about a possible paid internship working with a campaign, which is definitely an experience worth looking into. Along with this, we will be having a discussion about our topic of the week: the Implications of Impeachment.

Gotta love Wednesdays. Tonight at 9 pm College Dems will be having another meeting, however it will deviate from what we originally had scheduled due to unforeseen circumstances.
With that stated, tonight will be more along the lines of an e-board meeting. These, of course, are open to the public and we wholeheartedly appreciate any ideas you throw our way. This meeting will be held in room 2266 in the Kirkhof Center. Don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions, we are here to help!

Today's a Wednesday, so you know that that means! Our first meeting will be tonight at 9 pm in room 207A of Holton Ho**er. Holton Ho**er is the building across from Mackinac and Fresh, aka where Einstein Bagel Bros is housed.
Today will be all about introductions and gauging interest for future events. I promise that we don't bite, but feel free to bring a friend if you're nervous. Bring along your best game face and we'll see you there!

Had an awesome time at Campus Life Night 2.0, we hope to be seeing you all this Wednesday!
