We’re reaching out to share a resource that we hope you’ll pass along to the families and communities you serve. Applications for the Detroit Goodfellows 2026 Holiday Package Program are officially open
This year, our application process looks a little different. Our program is now 100% electronic, which means there are no paper applications and families will no longer receive program information through the mail. Applications, program updates, acceptance information, and distribution details will all be communicated electronically through email and/or text message.
Our Holiday Package Program serves children ages 4–13 who live in one of our eligible service communities: Detroit, Highland Park, Hamtramck, Harper Woods, River Rouge, Ecorse, and Redford
Each holiday package is filled with items to help make the season a little brighter, including:
Winter clothing and warm essentials
Socks and undergarments
Books, games, and toys
School supplies
Dental hygiene items
