The Arc of Allegan County

The Arc of Allegan County We provide programming and employment, and advocate for people with developmental disabilities.

Creating a more knowledgeable and inclusive society is an ongoing endeavor of the Arc of Allegan County. The Arc has made its mark over the past six decades by:

-affecting mandatory special education laws
-creating more and better work opportunities and benefits for people with disabilities
-generating positive system changes through community collaboration
-improving the lives of individuals with disabilities by affecting local, state, and national ordinances, statutes, and legislation.

For those who are signed up to walk in the Allegan County Fair parade tomorrow, Monday, September 14th, we are meeting at The Arc office at 6pm and then we’ll walk down to our float at the courthouse together.

Reminder: the parade end at the fairgrounds, so you will need to arrange a ride home from there.

You can wear your blue Arc shirt if you have one.
