I would like to talk about improved communication with our residents. I started the Watson Township Neighbors FB group but that’s only helpful for those on FB. I’d like to see a monthly or quarterly township newsletter as well. I’d be glad to manage!

Being a rural area, this is definitely something we can benefit from. I’m thrilled that is part of the agenda!

State Rep. Mary Whiteford voted Wednesday in support of a plan to expand broadband access across Michigan’s rural areas. The change comes in tandem with the Legislature’s passage of its state budget proposal, which includes $14.3 million for rural broadband infrastructure.
