Fennville City Administrator Katie Beemer and Downtown Development Authority (DDA) Coordinator Micah Machiela met with Surf team members Tina Clipfell and Mike Gozelinchick to celebrate the start of construction with a groundbreaking ceremony.

Hello, Great news, WAYLAND, MICHIGAN! Construction will be starting soon to bring Surf’s fiber-fast internet to your community!

Surf team members Tina Clipfell, Mathew Neymeiyer, and Mike Gozelinchick, met with City Manager Erik Wilson, Public Works Director Cole Lutz, Executive Director DDA Holli McPherson, and Utilities Director David Paul to celebrate with a groundbreaking ceremony.

Happy to inform you all that Surf Internet is building fiber in most of the following cities: Fennville, Wayland, Plainwell and Otsego. Construction has started in Fennville and Wayland. We need your support! There are a very small number of addresses that are not part of the ROBIN grant program. They are eligible for BEAD funding and our partner, 123Net, is asking for your support of their BEAD proposal.

FYI: 123Net Maintenance

123NET will be performing required maintenance on the network that provides your internet service on the following nights:

From Sunday evening 6/9 into Monday morning 6/10, and
From Monday evening 6/10 into Tuesday morning 6/11

The work will start at 12:00AM (midnight) and will go until 6AM. During this window you may experience a service outage however technicians will be working to restore services as soon as possible. If you are still experiencing an internet outage after 6AM, please reboot your internet "box(s)" and wait 15 minutes. If you continue to experience issues, please reach out to our support team at 888-440-0123.
