Friends of the Algonquin Library

Friends of the Algonquin Library The Friends of the Algonquin Area Public Library. Membership is open to anyone high school age and above, so please join us! We sort books by subject.

We all love books and enjoy our time together. All of our adult and children's books are shelved, bookstore style. All fiction, mysteries, and paperbacks are sorted, alphabetically by author. Biographies are in alphabetical order. Our customers love how easy it is to find what they want and we love creating an inviting environment to shop for bargains! Booksale Finder rates our book sales EXCEPTIONAL! We have a monthly meeting of the board and volunteers on the first Tuesday of the month.
