πŸŽ™ RAIDER ROUNDTABLE PODCAST || EPISODE 20: A Chat With Our Seniors

Summer may be in full swing and the Huntley High School Class of 2026 has officially graduated, but before they crossed the stage, Superintendent Jessica Lombard was able to interview a few seniors and staff members ahead of the annual HHS Grad Walk. During their conversations, they reflect on favorite memories, the staff members who made a lasting impact, and the advice they would give their younger selves as they prepare for their next chapter. πŸŽ“β€οΈ

As Huntley comes together to celebrate its 175th anniversary, the Huntley Area Public Library would love to hear from our students about what Huntley means to them. Essays and poetry submissions are open to all ages!

Write Your Story, Huntley!

Please join us for a village-wide, multigenerational opportunity to write your story in celebration of Huntley's 175th and the Library's Local History Department's 25th Anniversaries. Our dynamic and fun guest speaker Tina Beaird will guide and inspire us on how to "Put Pen to Paper" and get started Writing Your Story. Tina is the owner of Tamarack Genealogy and lectures nationally. She is the 1st Vice President of the Illinois State Genealogical Society and board director for the Oswegoland Heritage Association. If inspired, we hope you will Write Your Story, Huntley! and share it with us. Submissions for our collection of essays and poems are due by 7/31/26. Remember, Together We Build Huntley's History.
