St. Clair County Quilt Trail Seeking to stitch a story of our community, one quilt block at a time! Mission Statement:

The mission of the St. Clair County.

Clair County Quilt Trail (SCCQT) is to develop a quilt trail that builds community, increases tourism and supports economic development in St. Clair County, through partnerships commemorating our community, businesses, and local government. We are building our project by stitching a story of our community. Vision Statement:

To develop community pride and connection throughout St. Clair County by

building a quilt trail, phasing in and connecting neighboring communities. Our goal in five years is to have a quilt trail with at least 40 quilt blocks installed in St.

Have you seen some of the new additions to the St. Clair County Quilt Trail in Clay Township? Harsens Island Ferry, Marsh, Colony Tower,
Clay Township Park, Fishing Pier.
Go to sccqt.org.
Please be patient with us as It will take a few days to update all these blocks on the website and their QR codes will be updated on it soon as well. Make sure to click on the QR codes so you can learn more about each site as they are uploaded. By clicking on the QR codes it also lets Clay know you visited their block.
17 Blocks up now and 6 more will be up by October 1.
Harsens Island will also soon have some amazing blocks up to tell the story of their community, families and businesses on the Island.

More wonderful Quilt Blocks coming to the St. Clair County Quilt Trail that should be up and running May 1 starting in the Ira/Clay/Algonac area and starting north along the water and through St. Clair County's rural farms, businesses and homes. Each has a story of the block, the business, farm, building, family. A Historical Trail you can visit year round to explore the beauty of our map dot in the world. Can't Wait!
