Please take notice that a Public Hearing will be held on November 13, 2025 at 7:00 pm in the Town Building 6340 Shaw Road, Alfred Station, NY to consider a Local Law to override the Tax Cap for the Fiscal Year 2026.

Notice is hereby given that the preliminary budget for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2026 for the Town of Alfred has been completed and filed in the Office of the Town Clerk at 6340 Shaw Road Alfred Station, NY where it is available for review by any interested persons during regular office hours. Further notice is given that the Town Board of the Town of Alfred will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, November 13, 2025 at 7:00 pm at which time any person may be heard in favor or against any items contained therein. The regular monthly meeting of the Town Board will be held immediately following the public hearing.
