Sarah is the Vice President of Talent at Crest Industries where she leads talent acquisition and development efforts across the Family of Companies, while Rebekah serves as the Learning and Development Manager. Together, Sarah and Rebekah will present “Enneagram 101”. An enneagram is a personality tool that uses motivation instead of actions to determine your type. It can be used in both personal and work environments to better understand your own motivations and those around you.
