We’re serving up a little Tuesday mood boost with a few throwback tongue-out moments from our jaguar girl. Because sometimes the best way to brighten a gray day is with a little spotted silliness.

Happy Tongue-Out Tuesday from Solana!

Training time with a bite! 🐊

Our keepers use feeding sessions as an important part of animal care. For our Nile crocodile, these sessions help build trust between animal and keeper, and allow staff to monitor body condition, movement, and overall health.

It may look like lunch, but every session has a purpose—and those powerful jaws are a great reminder of the skill, focus, and respect our keepers bring to their work every day.
