We're proud to bring this community-centered vision to life with our partners at Melwood and are grateful to the Arlington County Board for its leadership.

Melwood and Wesley Housing are grateful to the Arlington County Board for reaffirming its commitment to affordable, accessible housing and allowing our proposed community to move forward as approved.

This groundbreaking development will create 105 affordable homes, including homes designed with and for people with disabilities, plus new space to continue Melwood’s mission of creating opportunities for people with disabilities to thrive.

Thank you to the Bedford Community Health Foundation for investing in resident services programming at John Early Apartments in Bedford. Your support helps strengthen the connection between housing and healthcare for older adults with extremely low incomes.

Residents at Coppermine Place wrapped up their Odyssey summer enrichment program with a jungle expedition field trip exploring DC’s monuments and historic landmarks together.

The day offered residents time to be active, spend time with neighbors, and experience the city.�

As part of the 2026 Older Americans Month theme, “Champion Your Health,” Odyssey offers shared community experiences that support independence, connection, and overall well-being later in life.
