According to the Mayo Clinic, a daily brisk walk can significantly enhance both your physical and mental well-being. Engaging in a 30-minute walk each day can reduce the risk of heart attacks and aid in stress management. Alexandria has many parks that offer trails, playgrounds, and historical sites.

The Commission for Women encourages all residents to visit our parks. Please share your favorite park in the comments.
