It's finally here! 🥳 🎆 🎉 🏡 🏙️ The Draft Housing 2040 Plan is out for review. You can read it on the Housing 2040 webpage before it goes to Planning Commission on June 2 at 6:30pm in the Del Pepper Resource Center. You can also livestream the hearing on Zoom. More information on how to comment on the Plan via email or verbally at the Planning Commission hearing is available on the webpage.

The tide is in! 🌊 Four affordable ownership units are available at the Residences at Tidelock: one 1BR unit, one 1BR + den, one standard 2BR unit, and one accessible 2BR unit.

Applications will be accepted now through June 22, so submit your paperwork and financing information now! Eligible homebuyers will be selected from the application pool by lottery (livestreamed from our office).

Looking for an affordable unit? Witter Place, a brand new development, is accepting applications starting May 14!

There are 94 two- and three-bedroom affordable units. Ten units will be mobility accessible and two units will be designed for residents with visual and hearing impairments.

There will be amenities like in-unit washer/dryers, Wi-Fi service, a fitness center, indoor bike storage, and access to several major bus lines.
