Thank you to everyone who joined us in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, for the 3rd Annual NOBLE International Training Summit.

Centered on the theme, "Justice Without Borders: Global Practices Protecting the Vulnerable," the summit brought together law enforcement leaders, public safety professionals, policymakers, and community partners to share knowledge, strengthen relationships, and explore innovative approaches to serving our communities.

A special thank you to the Virgin Islands Police Department and the U.S. Virgin Islands Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) Council for their partnership and hospitality in hosting this impactful event.

As NOBLE celebrates its 50th Anniversary, we are grateful to all who contributed to meaningful discussions, professional development, and collaboration that will continue to advance public safety and leadership around the world.
