As we prepare to honor Juneteenth, NOBLE chapters nationwide are getting ready to make an impact through youth engagement, mentorship, and reentry support.

Working alongside community partners, our members will facilitate meaningful conversations with young people, connect individuals returning to their communities with valuable resources, and help create opportunities that foster long-term success.

Together, we are advancing justice, strengthening relationships, and building safer, stronger communities through service.

Thank you to everyone who joined us in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, for the 3rd Annual NOBLE International Training Summit.

Centered on the theme, "Justice Without Borders: Global Practices Protecting the Vulnerable," the summit brought together law enforcement leaders, public safety professionals, policymakers, and community partners to share knowledge, strengthen relationships, and explore innovative approaches to serving our communities.

A special thank you to the Virgin Islands Police Department and the U.S. Virgin Islands Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) Council for their partnership and hospitality in hosting this impactful event.

As NOBLE celebrates its 50th Anniversary, we are grateful to all who contributed to meaningful discussions, professional development, and collaboration that will continue to advance public safety and leadership around the world.

NOBLE participated in the 2026 PLECET Conference in Dallas, TX. We conducted a workshop with Greater North Texas President Dr. Jeffrey Fobbs on the NOBLE Organization and facilitated a Listening Session.

On May 26th, NOBLE, UVA, and 21CP met at the UVA Charlottesville campus to finalize the development and launch of the Mid-Level Management Academy for Strategic Leadership.
