Bridging the gap from school to practical estate management, our OJT program trains Entry-Level EAs to meet the future needs of General and Flag Officers while upholding DOD/Army guidelines.

This week the program had the opportunity to provide support for 2 amazing events.
3 course plated luncheon for 80 officers and a breakfast spread for Army Birthday run. Looking forward to doing more great training with these guys.

It's a cherished moment to share with loved ones. 1LT Aulds, Bravo Co Executive Officer, 266th QM BN, had the honor of officiating SSG Fanfan's reenlistment, signifying a pledge to serve in the Army for another 3 years! 🎉

On this , were highlighting SFC Kinsey who assisted with a recent Counterpart Visit (CPV) on Jan 31st hosted by the Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) Adm. Lisa Franchetti and the Republic of Korea Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Yang Yong-mo. 🇺🇸🇰🇷

A massive shoutout to our amazing teammates who went above and beyond to ensure the smooth ex*****on of this significant event. 🙌 Their dedication, hard work, and attention to detail truly made a lasting impression.

Our talented enlisted aide apprentices recently had the incredible opportunity to explore the historic Blair House, located just across from the White House on Pennsylvania Avenue. 🇺🇸✨

Did you know that Blair House has been the President's Guest House since its acquisition by the U.S. government during World War II? Under the careful stewardship of the Department of State, this architectural gem boasts over 120 rooms, covering an impressive 70,000 square feet! 🏰🌐

What makes Blair House truly special is its role in American diplomacy. Serving as a hub for international engagement, Blair House hosts foreign leaders as the President's Guest House. It's not just a residence; it's a stage for countless internationally focused events that contribute to strengthening America's relationships with nations across the globe. 🌎🤝

Our apprentices had the privilege of witnessing firsthand the intricate workings of this iconic establishment, gaining valuable insights into hospitality, maintenance, and the nuances of diplomatic events. 🤩👩‍🍳

Over the past year, our team had the incredible opportunity to collaborate with the Four Seasons Hotel, Washington DC, in a venture that indulges the sweet tooth! 🍽️👩‍🍳

Together, we embarked on a journey to provide the Enlisted Aide Apprentices with top-notch training, and I'm thrilled to announce that our apprentices have successfully completed their pastry training programs. 🎉

These talented trainees dedicated 60 days of hard work and determination, honing their skills and mastering the art of pastry-making. Their dedication and passion have been truly inspiring, and I have no doubt they are destined for greatness in the culinary world. 🥐🍰

I want to extend a massive THANK YOU to the Four Seasons Washington for hosting our trainees and for their unwavering support throughout this journey. Your commitment to nurturing the next generation of culinary talent is truly commendable. 🏨💖

A special shoutout to Chef Bilal and Chef AJ, whose guidance and expertise have been invaluable. Your mentorship and dedication have played a significant role in shaping these future culinary stars. 🍽️👨‍🍳
