π 2026 Support Person of the Year: Nicole Hall π
Please join us in congratulating Nicole Hall, our 2026 Support Person of the Year!
Nicole has been a dedicated member of the EMS family for nearly six years, bringing passion, reliability, and an unwavering commitment to supporting both her team and the communities we serve. Her journey in healthcare began long before EMS, with experience at Memorial Hermann Healthcare System and as a Case Manager for Texas Adult Protective Services. These roles strengthened her desire to be a voice for those in need and inspired her to continue serving others through EMS.
When asked what this recognition means to her, Nicole shared:
"I'm ecstatic to be named Support Person of the Year. It makes me feel honored that my dedication and reliability are recognized by my team. Supporting others and witnessing their growth gives me great pride. This award reminds me that my colleagues depend on me for stability, guidance, and collaboration."
Nicole is guided daily by our core behaviors, especially keeping care at the center of everything we do, seeking to understand others first, and being accountable in making the best decisions for our organization and team.
For those considering a career in EMS, Nicole encourages education, planning for the future, and gaining firsthand experience through ride-alongs. She also emphasizes the importance of investing in mental health, sleep, nutrition, and recovery from the very beginning.
If her coworkers could describe her in three words, they would choose: π Matriarch (Mamma Cole) π Reliable π Resourceful
Thank you, Nicole, for your leadership, dedication, and the positive impact you make every day. Congratulations on this well-deserved recognition as our 2026 Support Person of the Year!
