Off she goes! Miss Beatrix is quite the traveler! She's been through 11 states as she headed to her new home in Virginia!

Miss Beatrix had her first customer! Despite sitting on her trailer to get packed for her big cross-country trip, we saw a little boy standing in the driveway, fighting to get his mom to take him over to the Little Blue House. She had a tough time explaining that this little free library was not quite ready for her big debut.

Little Dude, we totally get it! Rarely do we pass one without pulling over to stick our noses in for a little swap inspection!

With huge thanks to Ben and Victoria Richer, Miss Beatrix is all packed and ready to make her way from San Diego, to Alexandria VA!

The artist at work! Carly and Zach begin work on the Little Blue House Free Book Library.

We've loved visiting these little libraries around the country, so when we moved into our new home, we called these two incredible artists just outside of Gig Harbor, Washington to commission our own. (Ok, so it was more like: "Hey sis and bro, I know what I want for Christmas...")

Together, they made this incredible Little Free Library from scratch, in just under a week! Hands down, the best LFL ever!
