Dear Parents,

Due to the forecasted bad weather over the next three days, we have made the decision to move our Awards Ceremony & Bearcat-a-palooza indoors to ensure the safety and comfort of all students, staff, and families attending.

Because the event will now take place inside the building, all parents and visitors attending the Awards Ceremony will need to check in through the front office using the Raptor system before entering the event. Please be sure to bring a valid photo ID to help expedite the check-in process. We encourage all families to arrive early, as the Raptor check-in process can take some time.

The Awards Ceremony will be held in the MPC Gym. Once the Awards Ceremony is over, parents will need to exit through the front doors and check out through the front office.

All students who need to be checked out early must be signed out through the front office.

The kickball tournament will still be happening indoors!

While the location has changed, we are still excited to celebrate together and look forward to a fun and memorable event for everyone.
