PUBLIC NOTICE

Helena Township is seeking interested residents to serve on the Planning Commission.

The Planning Commission reviews land use, zoning, and development matters and makes recommendations to the Township Board. Members should have an interest in the future growth and development of Helena Township and be willing to attend regular meetings.

Interested individuals should submit a letter of interest to the Helena Township Supervisor.

Notice is hereby given that the Helena Township Board of Trustees will hold a special meeting for a public hearing on the proposed budget on Thursday, June 25, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Helena Township Community Center, 8751 Helena Road, Alden, MI 49612.

The regular monthly meeting of the Township Board will be held as scheduled on Thursday, June 11, 2026, at 7:00 p.m.

We are looking for volunteers to place flags on the graves of our veterans at the cemetery in honor of their service and sacrifice.

This is a meaningful way to show respect and ensure those who served our country are remembered this Memorial Day season.
